We are having a problem with UFT when a different user tries to use UFT on the test machine

UFT does not support running tests from multiple instances of UFT simultaneously on the same machine, either in the same Windows session or in different Windows sessions. When UFT is launched by a different user account than the application you are testing, the following UFT functions may behave unexpectedly: Marked as spam
