Need help to be added drop down values for the field in defect module

could you please help me to be added drop down values for the field "Detected on environment" in defect module. We are using ALM 12.53 and in project entities this field is showing as text field but in defect module GUI , it is showing as look up list. could you please help us on this how to add values to this field.

The Detected On Environment field was a field that was used in the web client that was available in QC/ALM version 12.00 to 12.21. The web client was removed in QC/ALM 12.5x. I am attaching the enhancement request that was submitted on this issue to the case. As you can see this issue was closed no change. Without the webclient you can't add values to this field. It is only still showing for backwards compatibility. Marked as spam
