Need to export Requirements from ALM to Word or PDF

I have all the requirements in Requirements Module, Need to export those Requirements including child requirements from ALM to either Word or PDF.
I have the structure as Folder -> Functional Requirements (3.1) -> Requirements (Subsections as 3.1.1, 3.1.2) -> Requirements (Subsections 3.1.1.1, 3.1.1.2)

This is documented in the ALM User Guide in Chapter 45 ''Project Reports.
This can be done by using a filter on the Configuration tab when creating a Project report as follows:

Then, choose the output Format to be PDF as follows:
