Need to re-run the ALM configuration wizard.

When I try to relaunch the ALM Server Configuration Wizard using "C:\\Program Files\\HP\\ALM\\run_configuration.bat" it quickly opens CMD prompt and disappears and never launches the wizard. Does anyone know how to force it to launch?

If you are trying re-run the configuration wizard you must run the installation procedure again (from setup.exe). If you receive an error you will need to uninstall ALM 12.20 and reinstall, per the HP ALM 12.20 Install and Upgrade Guide Windows, pg. 98. Marked as spam
