Network Virtualization with HP Performance Center

Hi,
I would like to know if there are any Open-Source tools that can be integrated with HP Performance center for simulating virtualized network and load tested.

We have Shunra/HP NV tools but due to cost constraints, I would like to know any possible solutions and much appreciated.

As far as I know, Shunra/HP NV is the only tool. Of course you could use the run-time-settings to slow the network throughput down

Thanks Gizmo for the reply. After some research i got to know about Microsoft WAN emulator free tool, where we can install on Load Generator machines and control the network.
