In ALM 11.0, under Dashboard, when attempting to generate an excel report, I get an error message:

*is not a valid floating point value*

Hello,

This is a known issue and would imagine based on it being fixed way back in patch 10 of ALM 11.0, that you are on a rather low level patch for your server. Patch 18 is the current patch. You will need to upgrade to a higher patch (10 or up).

Also be aware that after patching, you will need to apply the hotfix from HP KM article KM01091931 to get around the expired digital certificates issue. This hotfix is to allow new client installs post the cert revocation.

This server is on patch 09. Will need to upgrade then.
