Not able to add a PC Host to ALM LAB Management

I am currently using Performance Center 12.55 and I am unable to add a PC Host machine to Lab management. When I try adding the PC Host, I receive the following error: "Change Machine Identity failed". I believe that a firewall is blocking the connection and communication. I was able to verify that the correct services are running. Does anyone know how to check if a firewall is causing my issue?

Confirm that the correct ports have been opened so the PC Host can connect and communicate with your ALM-PC environment, perform the following ''telnet'' command from a CMD: telnet [IP address] [port]
? Telnet form PC Host to PC server (ports 80, 54245)
? Telnet from PC server to PC Host (ports 80, 54245)
? Telnet from PC Host to ALM (port 8080)
? Telnet from ALM to PC Host (port 8080)

Also, ensure that ALL ports are open bi-directional.
