Not able to apply customizations after upgrading to ALM 12.21 from ALM 12.20?

Hi,
We are having an issue where whenever we go into customization and make a change and try to apply the change after, it constantly prompts us to save repeatedly. After accepting like 10-12 prompts the customization is finally applied.

Is there anything we can do as this is affecting all current projects?

Hi HomerJ,
Have you tried running the maintenance activities on the affected projects. I would start by running the verify and then the repair and upgrade as needed for the various projects (since only going from 12.20 to 12.21 upgrade portion shouldn't be necessary), I have seen this before where the verify and repair resolved the issue.
