Not able to record Application Under Test

We are currently using LoadRunner 12.50 TruClient protocol with Windows 7 64-bit.
I have an app that appears to have compatibility issues with LoadRunner. We finally got the application to work with IE11 (outside of LoadRunner) by adding 3 urls to IE as trusted sites. But when I try to script in VuGen/TruClient/IE, I’m unable to load the Home page. Any thoughts or input would be great.

Try upgrading to LoadRunner 12.53 patch 4 as many TruClient enhancements have been added. Also, double check that the Application Under Test (AUT) is not stepping outside of IE Standards, as this could cause the LoadRunner TruClient protocol not to record . You may want to review this with your developers. Please note: the TruClient protocol does not work with applications that use compatibility mode outside of IE 10 and IE 11.

In addition, another option is to try using the standard Web (HTTP / HTML ) protocol to record your script(s). Hope this helps.
