Hi,

Please make sure that user group does not have any workflow code that restricts this ability for certain user groups(Ex: FS_Tester in your case).
A lot of companies do not want testers group selecting the status from the drop-down because it is a ''fast pass'' as it could have been done on purpose
by someone who wrote workflow code to keep people in that group from changing the status without running the test. Sometimes the permissions can get messed up
for a user group too or sometimes if anyone creates a group and base it off of a lower group than TDAdmin the permissions will not work correctly or someone in
management group might have added code in the workflow to stop the users in FS_Tester group.

You can create a new group and base it off of ''TDAdmin'' then remove the permissions you don't want the users to have or try making a new group based on
TDAdmin to start with users in their project might have been 'fast passing' tests.
