Octane synchronizer not saving changes

We are using a SAAS version of ALM Octane and we are trying to use the Octane synchronizer, when we save our changes in the synchronizer and run an integrity check it does not seem to save our field mappings in the synchronizer.

I have seen issues with Octane and saving when using Internet Explorer, for the Octane synchronizer I would recommend always using google chrome for best results. Marked as spam
