Octane webhook information

I am thinking about trying to leverage webhooks for octane to push some data, is there anywhere that I can get more information about how to setup webhooks for Octane?

A Webhook is a trigger or a way for an application to provide another application with real time data as it happens. Lets use defects for example, lets say that we have another application that needs to be aware any time that we update a defect in Octane. If that was the case we would create a webhook trigger in Octane that any time you create/update a defect in octane it would send the json (with the included fields) to that specific application URL/port that you specify in the webhook.
