One user cannot access an ALM Project from UFT.

One of our users cannot access one of our ALM projects from UFT 12.02. They can access all others, and no one else is having an issue accessing the project. ALM Version is 11.52 Patch 3.

Try removing the user from the project in site admin and then re-add them to the project. Marked as spam
