Orasi Hosted ALM – Project admin unable to see or add users in ALM

Hello. We are new to the Orasi Hosted ALM 12.55, and we have found where the project admin users are unable to see the users that have been added to the 'Add Users from Site' list. We are seeing this issue in multiple projects by multiple project users who all have the correct permissions configured. When the project admin attempts to add a user, they receive the following error; "External component has thrown an exception". I would also like to add that this issue doesn't affect the TDAdmin users, as they are able to see the current users in the list, and add new ones as well.

We have found that this is a known issue with Micro Focus. I have posted the link below to the knowledge document that provides a solution for this issue. In our test environment, we were able to resolve this issue by adding the parameter USER_PROPERTIES_ACCESS_LEVEL, and setting its value to 'ALL' or 'MINIMAL'. This will enable the project admin users to see the users that were added to the list.
