Support, I am prepping for an upgrade to 12.50, I already have the VM per the required specs, and I have our last upgrade to 11.52 best practice doc to help. Please offer any advise or best practice docs that can assist me with my upgrade to 12.50.

I have just installed ALM server 12.50 using default settings from a previous installation. It installed without error and I was able to start ALM from the tray icon, however the start menu program are empty. How can I get the menu items?

Is ALM 12.50 backwards compatible with UFT 12.01 and 12.02?

Hi can any one guide me how to install ALM12.5, i tried all the way not working, it says ProgramData/HP/ALM/conf not found please some one help me how to slove the issue
