Hello, We are looking to migrate from an older instance of QC10 and were wondering if there was a recommended way to configure the DB instances to allow for the best and most reliable upgrade path for us? Thanks, HomerJ

Hello, We are trying to clean up our instance of HP ALM and we see that there are several siteadmin_db schemas within our DB (we assume from old attempted upgrades and testing) and would like to know how to find out the active siteadmin_db schema and is it safe to get rid of the other not being used...

Hi, We are in the process of upgrading and we have a DB server farm in place. We would like to have all of the DB components in one location on the hosted server. Is this possible to do? Thanks, HomerJ

Hello, I am getting the above (ALM-E10004) error upon logging into a project. What could the issue be as we haven't changed anything or had any errors prior and now it is occurring? Hello, We have an issue where we moved all of our project DBs to a new DB server (to include the qcsiteadmin_db). But now when we try and create a new project in the DB server box drop down option we are always presented with the new DB server and the original DB server. How do we remove that option...
