Even though our port (5814) is not blocked, and we can access the AutoPass License Server (APLS) dashboard from the browser, when we try to get a license from UFT we are getting the message "Autopass Server Not Available". Any ideas on how to fix?

Hi All, I do experience a display issue in ALM which is not constant. Test modules' names are not necessarily properly displaying. We can only see half part of the modyles names I am using Windows 10 and HP ALM v 12.XX. Does anyone get any idea?
