Even though our port (5814) is not blocked, and we can access the AutoPass License Server (APLS) dashboard from the browser, when we try to get a license from UFT we are getting the message "Autopass Server Not Available". Any ideas on how to fix?

Hi All, I do experience a display issue in ALM which is not constant. Test modules' names are not necessarily properly displaying. We can only see half part of the modyles names I am using Windows 10 and HP ALM v 12.XX. Does anyone get any idea?

Hi All, In our project we have received this request to upgrade HP QC 12.53(Patch 1) on to 12.55. Though I have started going thru the Installation guide but that would be great help if I could get some best exercise steps to be followed for this upgrade. Thanks, Shubham

Currently when we run an API test from ALM the run results are showing that the test passes, but in the test lab grid the test shows as failed, what could be causing this? It is only occurring with API scripted tests, Gui scripted tests are running fine.

is there a way to secure the communication port with mutual certificates? is the best practice peer to peer vpn? currently we do IP whitelisting, but that is brittle due to the static IP issue.
