This weird thing keeps happening in UFT. The cursor slants to the left and the keyboard quits working.

We have ALM12.2 and now we brought WebInspect 10.4. Can these two versions be integrated ? Where can I find some information about how this integration works and what kind of benifts it brings ? I was also looking as to how this integration is done.
