Hi, Currently we have our ALM on version v12.0. We are planning to move to v12.01. Wanted to know the effort involved in this process. We have around 10-12 projects overall and the database size for most of the projects is around 300Mb. Thanks

We have created a test plan folder patch user defined field in test plan where we store the full folder path of the test case. When we move the test case from one folder to another, we need the path to be updated with the new path. Need workflow solution.

Both endpoints on synchronizer time out when trying to connect. We are unable to get the synchronizer to connect to ALM, Jira, TFS or any other endpoint from the synchronizer server. What could be causing this?
