Hi, Where is the downloads for the latest Excel add-ins for the various versions of ALM/QC available? I wasn't able to find them through the links I had. Thanks, HomerJ

When generating Excel reports from ALM 12.21, we are seeing information that should be restricted appearing for certain users. Not sure why this data is being seen as it was hidden under Customization.

After attempted install of patch for ALM 11.52, I am now getting an error. It does not show it finished installing, got a failure. We are currently on HP QC 11 patch 13 and want to upgrade to HP ALM 12.21 but want to test before we move all the Projects to HP ALM. So my question is , Is it possible that we can have two URLs one has certain projects which we upgrade to ALM 12.21 and other which is still on ALM 11?

WE have a NEW DB server and QC server and plan to upgrade QC11 to 12.2 on the new servers. We want to migrate our old ALM server data to the new server. What are the db and repository that I need to migrate over? I currently have moved project back ups over to the new server.

I'm trying to free up a little space on our ALM server and I noticed several QC (i.e. server/spring log, _oracle, _mssql, etc.), ALM, QCP Export, Sprinter Extension, etc. files under C:\\Windows\\Temp.
