We had a fully functioning HP ALM/PC/PC Hosts setup. As mentioned we are on 11.52 Patch 1.

– HP ALM Server
– HP PC Server
– HP PC Host (C/DP)
– HP PC Host (LG)
– HP PC Host (LG)

After some Windows updates this weekend we are unable to run a performance test or open the run time settings for a test.

**—Run Time Settings error—**

Performance Center has encountered a fatal error
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

**Notes:**

When I run a health check everything is successful. As I mentioned, everything was working fine last week. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have searched everywhere.

This issue was finally resolved. Somehow the projects were removed from the ''Lab Management > Lab Settings > Project Settings'' page, yet were still in the DB under the ''LAB_PROJECT_PROPERTIES'' table.

After a week of back and forth with HP Support, trying a myriad of things, we finally noticed they were not there. Why - we have no idea - there is no remove or add functionality on the ''Lab Management > Lab Settings > Project Settings'' screen. It will forever remain a mystery - but wanted to share here in case someone else find this thread with the same issue.
