If you block those ports, inbound or outbound you will shut down SiteScope's ability to monitor. Micro Focus's General requirements for monitoring Windows Remote Server connections state the following: Ports 135, 137-139 and 445 are open bi-directionally between the SiteScope server and the Remote servers.
