Preventing objects from getting locked in ALM

For a few weeks in a row we have one user whose script keeps getting locked in ALM. It happens about once per week, and it has happened in a couple different projects. This time, she finished executing a script and then went to that script and opened an attachment, and the application did not freeze, but the script became locked and I had to unlock it in the database. I will be glad to assist you with this issue. Unfortunately, there are several things that would cause this issue to occur. - User session timed out while the item was open for editing I would like for you to change the value in the LOCK_TIMEOUT parameter in Site Admin from 10 to 1 to see if that resolves the issue. After changing the value, restart the ALM service and test to see if the issue still occurs. Marked as spam
