Problem connecting UFT to ALM server after ALM upgrade.

We have UFT 12.54 with PAtch5 running fine and connecting to ALM 11.52 server. When we installed ALM Client for 12.55 and tried to connect to ALM 12.55 server we were getting OTA error of incompatibility. Error message attached. Can someone assist us of right way using UFT after ALM upgrade
