I am facing problem while renewing QC certificate (for HTTPS/SSL). While renewing certificate, QC stays down and its giving following error:

This page can't be displayed

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://ourServer.com again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.

How did to ''renew'' your cert?

The JAVA Keytool commands are tricky and the HPE/MF SSL directions (can request on a support case) only talk about ADDING a NEW cert to the keystore. Stacking a new cert into an existing keystore wtih the old cert may not work, and properly removing the old cert may not work either.

If your old cert working recently, I would suggest DELETING your existing ''keystore'', then start over with the keytool commands to create a NEW keystore with your NEW cert.
