Problem with HP Screen Recorder on new PC / QCv10

Just got a new PC, OS is Windows 7.
When playing the recording all you can see is diagonal lines across the screen.
Any ideas?

If you are using Windows 7 64-Bit...
Go to the Add-Ins page and try downloading the v11.5 version (build number 1.5.6.365)
