Problems with ALM and UFT

We are currently pushing UFT to users within our organization centrally. When this is being done, we are unable to have them connect to ALM without admin access. We need to understand if there is any other solution that we can deploy along with the installation to get this connection done on all the machines along with the installation. Could we write a script?
