Project Planning and Tracking missing from QC/ALM11

Hi there.
I was reviewing an online video for ALM 11.
It displayed some excellent items for Project Planning and tracking for milestones and objectives for each. I dont see these available with my version of QC 11 (I have Enterprise Edition). Can you please let me know if there is something additional out there that we dont currently have?? Thanks

Project Planning & Tracking is only available with the ''Application Lifecycle Management'' Edition of version 11 (formerly known as '' Quality Center Premier'' Edition in version 10). It is not available with either the QC Enterprise or QC Starter Editions of version 11.
