QC 9.0 import data via QC Synchronizer Add-Ins for both PVCS and Clearquest

Hi
Can any one provide the details on how to migrate projects from PVCS tracker (and Clear quest) to QC 9.0.

Do we need an upgrade to QC 9.2 or to QC 10 before migration?.
