When using specific workflow script, the email icon appears on fields that it shouldn’t.
When using a specific workflow script inside Run_MoveTo and Bug_MoveTo, the email icon appeare
d on fields on which it should not have appeared.

This is a known issue in v11.5 and v12.
HP is aware of the issue and will address in a future patch.
See HP KB KM00666308. There you can register to be notified when issue is corrected.
