QC Express CPU time 100% after adding test resource

I have purchased Quality Center Express edition. I have it installed but every time I add a test resource the CPU usage jumps up to 100% CPU time on the server. QC at this point seems to lock up and I have to restart the service. Once the service is restarted the resource shows up in QC. What is happening from what I can tell test resources should be available in QC Express.

I recently opened a case with HP about this. This is a bug with the express license type. From what I was told this issue will be patched in patch 01 for QC/ALM 12.21 due out some time in the next couple of months (no date given).

Thanks, I guess that we will have to work around this till the patch comes out.
