We have a couple of users reporting when they are on a WebX session, QC is freezing or kicking them out of QC. Could this be related to memory (RAM)?

I found this KB article an known conflicting programs with ALM:

WebEx is mentioned as a conflicting application with ALM so ask your users to try another Web conferencing tool, like Citrix's GoToMeeting.
