Have you tried using the Document Generator? You should be able to go into it, and select the Test Lab module only in the tree on the left-hand side. From there, you should have the ability to select all of the details that you want to include. You also have the ability to create filters if you want only certain subsets of the data. Make sure to expand the children settings available under the parent on the left-side as well as in the details pane.
