When I attempt edit or disable my ALM/QC Synchronizer "link" I get the following error.

*ConnectAdapter: Connection failed. Error : Unhandled exception in Connect method. Message: AutomationException: Server is not available
08/24/2013,08:10:02,440 ERROR (IncSync) Synchronize: Processing synchronization events failed. Error : server.Execution.FAILED_TO_CONNECT : Failed to connect to endpoint.*

*ERROR #1- server.link.DISABLE_RUNNING_LINK : Link cannot be disabled, since it is currently running.*

QC was recently patched to 15, running QC 11, perhaps this introduced a problem.

Every time you PATCH the QC server, you MUST update the IE ''client'' on any server/integration PC's (including the ALM/QC-Sync server).
With ALM11 and later, you also need to run something called ''ALM Client Registration'' from the Add-in's page.

Do that, then reboot or cycle the HP ALM Synchronizer service and you should be back in business.
