QC/ALM Change Defect email link for load balanced environment?

We’re using a clustered/load balanced environment for our QC server application. When our users send a Defect email, the link is directly for whichever node is being hit within the cluster. Can I change this somehow to reflect the URL we have for the balancer?

There are two Site Configuration parameters for changing the URL and port that you can use:

**ENTITY_LINK_HOST**

- Possible values: Any hostname
- Default value: If not enabled, QC ignores it.
- QC Versions: QC 10.00 and above
- Description: Sets hostname used in entity links in emails.

**ENTITY_LINK_PORT**

- Possible values: Any port number
- Default value: If not enabled, QC ignores it.
- QC Versions: QC 10.00 and above
- Description: Sets port used in entity links in emails.

Thanks! I did have to restart my QC service to get these to stick. Works great!
