Hello. We have some users who keep receiving the following error message on their client machines when they attempt to connect to our new ALM server. The error message is pictured below. We are currently using Windows 7, 32-bit client machines, which are able to connect to our old ALM Server without any issues. We have run the ALM Client Cleanup utility on the client machines, but the issue continues to occur.

Hello. I have seen this issue once before, and it was resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling ALM on the affected server. Give that a try, and let me know if it resolves the issue.

After uninstalling / reinstalling ALM on the server, the issue no longer occurs on the client machines when the users connect to the ALM server. I really appreciate your help with this!
