QTP Installation Error HRESULT -2147024894 when registering modules

When attempting to install QTP 10 on a vmware image, during the module registration I receive the following error message: I thought it might have something to do with the amount of disk space, so I uninstalled some of the large, unused applications and now have 2.09 GB of free space out of 12.9 GB. Do I need more or is there something else going on?
