QTP QC Connectivity

Recently QC 11 patch was upudated and now QTP is not able to connect to QC.System is throwing the below error.

Following client components were not downloaded successfully:

1. OfflineExecutionSetupWrapper.exe :
Access is denied.

2. OfflineExecutionRA.exe :
Access is denied.

Close all connections to TD Server and try again

ALM 11 patch 3 and later you have to start QTP 10 or 11 with Admin rights once and log QTP into QC to get updates from QC installed in QTP. For Windows 7 just start QTP by right clicking on the short cut and select ''Run as administrator''

Have you run the QuickTest_Add-in_for_ALM-QC.msi? You can find this on the Add-Ins page from QC then More HP Quality Center Add-ins then QuickTest Professional Add-in and select Download Add-in for QuickTest Professional 11.00.

If you haven't tried this, give it a shot.
