QTP scripts are not running for different user on the same machine.

I am trying to run the QTP scripts on a RDP. The tests are launching and the browser is getting opened but the scritps are not moving further. The same tests when logged into the RDP with a different user (who created those scripts) works fine. Please help as many other interested parties are waiting for the results. Thank you

Does the user account have QTP/UFT extension enabled in chrome and Firefox? I have found that sometimes these add in get disabled. Marked as spam
