Quality Center 10 ”Page cannot be displayed” error

We occasionally have instances where Quality Center 10 becomes unavailable. The users get "page cannont be displayed" errors. The only way we know how to get it back up is to reboot the server. Lately this has been occurring more often and we can’t find the root cause. Has anyone else had this issue?

Check your log files on the server to see clues as to what the cause of the error may be (as it could be server related) and you may want to turn on logging within Site Admin to capture QC server error clues as well), as it could be anything from a local server issue that is causing it to become unresponsive to a failure of hardware such as memory or network card error.
