I’m having issues getting a remote commuter license from our Autopass server. I am aware of the issue currently affecting Windows computers where the license server is unreachable so I’m trying to check out a remote commuter license. When i try to check out a file using our license I get the error message "Product 10027_1.0_HP UFT_12.52 is not configured with this license server." This process worked the last time i tried retrieving a license back in August so it’s a recent change. Can i get some assistance with updating our licenses or resolving this issue as i cannot use UFT until I get the license issue fixed.

I’m on AutoPass 8.3.

Please try updating your AutoPass version from 8.3 to either 9.2.1 or 9.3. Sounds like the license version itself is not compatible with older versions of AutoPass.

Thank you. I have upgraded the license server and can now authenticate the UFT license successfully. I appreciate your assistance.
