Red dash icon on server in site admin

Question with our QC setup. We use a 2 node cluster to help with heavy traffic for QC users. When I go under Site Admin and the Servers tab, I see this red dash icon on on one of the servers. What does this icon mean?

Hello. That red dash or red minus sign icon means the server in question is offline, that application communication has failed. If the server is indeed up and running, a reboot would do the trick to get communication back online or can try to just restart the qc jvm on that specific node server. With it being offline, all your traffic will be routed to the one online server so that could be a problem if you have a lot of user activity at one time. Marked as spam
