To do UFT 11.5 Repair with out media.

The following will repair UFT 11.5 without the install media.

**NOTE: This may reset patch registry setting and the patches may have to be re installed.**

Window 7
--------

> 1. Press the 'Start' button
> 2. find command prompt and right click on it
> 3. select ''Run as Administrator''.
> 4. A Dos Prompt will appear.
> 5. copy the following to the dos prompt and run

MsiExec.exe /fm {73CD53D8-1B8E-489B-97F1-15BA7031F417}

> 6. A window will appear and the repair will start.
> 7. When the window disappears the repair is complete
> 8. Then run Start > HP QTP > Tools > Additional Install Requirements.

Windows XP
----------

> 1. Ensure you have local Adminstrator rights
> 2. Press Windows Key and ''R''
> 3. Type ''CMD'' in the open window.
> 4. A Dos Prompt will appear.
> 5. copy the following to the dos prompt and run

MsiExec.exe /fm {73CD53D8-1B8E-489B-97F1-15BA7031F417}

> 6. A window will appear and the repair will start.
> 7. When the window disappears the repair is complete
> 8. Then run Start > HP Software > HP Unified Function Testing > Tools >
> Additional Install Requirements.

NOTE if you repair Run Results Viewer you need to repair UFT afterwards
