Unfortunately, mass updating links is not possible inside the application. The links are stored as file attachments. The attachments are .url files. These are not normal files that can be edited with a text editor, they are specifically designed Windows files that contain the link (such as a .lnk file). The quickest method to update is likely going to be going through each defect one by one.
