I am unable to reserve product-based license capacity to a pool in AutoPass License Server for ALM license management. What am I missing?

This feature looks to be broken. Attempting to ALLOW/BLOCK, set RESERVED CAPACITY, or RESTRICT does not execute the desired effect/POOL MAPPING and has the negative effect of clearing any already in-place feature-based reservations. I will update this answer if/when things change. Marked as spam
