I would like to implement one Scenario described as below. Hope someone might have already done it or have an idea with code on how to do it.

Scenario: I have a field called "Issue Type" with drop down values as Defect, Enhancement, Request, & NA. Now when a BA from Analyst usergroup or QA from Tester usergroup or Developer from Dev usergroup select NA as a drop down value for Issue Type field, they should get a pop up Message and should NOT be able to select NA as a drop down value. At the sametime if NA is listed as a dropdown value in existing defects, then BA from Analyst usergroup or QA from Tester usergroup or Developer from Dev usergroup should be able to update the value to Defect or Enhancement or Request and should be able to submit the defect.
