Yes, HP has provided an Sample tool called RunTestScheduler.
The existing Open Test Architecture API (OTA) enables to run external tool that can execute any test set on any host. As example RunTestSetScheduler application (with VB.Net 2010 source code) is supplied as part of proposed solution.
Any scheduler application can be used to launch RunTestSetScheduler application, for example Microsoft Scheduler (part of Windows installation).
The RunSetSchedule is provided as a courtesy, free of charge, ''AS-IS'' by HP. I have used this on ALM 11 but not tested it on ALM 11.5x yet.
