Run Results Viewer not able to connect to ALM

Whenever I try to Launch a Report through the Launch button in QC for Test Results I get an error message indicating that an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" so I can not view the test results with the RunResultsViewer. I’ve tried re-running the Install in Repair mode to no avail. Not sure what to do…
I do not have UFT installed on this machine, but I do have the UFT Add-In installed.

Even though the UFT Add-In is installed, you still have to do the HP ALM Client Registration as mentioned in the HP ALM Installation and Upgrade Guide for Windows for ALM 12.20:
