Sentinel RMS error when launching UFT

When I try to launch UFT on a Windows 7 VM, I’m getting the below error. I have tried repairing and all kinds of other things and nothing works. Other people using this VM don’t have a problem. ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/312-sentinel-error-screenshot.png

Try deleting and recreating your user profile on that machine. here's instructions for Windows: To delete/create user profile: Windows 8 : http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-user-account#create-user-account=windows-8 Marked as spam
